These terms govern your use of MindBoost (mindboost.tech). By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The service

MindBoost provides interactive courses, a cognitive Mind Gym, and a free Cognitive Profile. The Cognitive Profile measures how you perform on short games today; it is not a clinical or official IQ, and we do not promise it will raise your IQ or your grades.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login secure. Accounts for children are created and managed by a parent/guardian or a school. You agree not to misuse the service or attempt to disrupt it.

3. Plans & payment

Some features require a paid plan. Payments are handled by Stripe. Billing terms, renewals and refunds: [to confirm]. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your account.

4. Content & acceptable use

Course content is owned by MindBoost or its licensors and is for your personal, educational use. [licensing/usage specifics to confirm].

5. Liability & changes
