Sustained focus, selective attention, and cognitive control.
Complex Attention
Speed
Information processing speed and rapid decision-making.
Processing Speed
Logic
Abstract reasoning, pattern recognition, and problem-solving.
Fluid Reasoning

How it works

Each game is scored 0–100 against a published human-average benchmark, the seven cognitive domains are averaged into a domain score, and the MindBoost Index is the average of the domains you have played. The more domains you complete, the more stable the reading.

Frequently asked questions

Is this an IQ test?

It is an IQ-style cognitive assessment, but it is not a clinical IQ test. The MindBoost Index estimates how you performed on seven short cognitive games today and shows the result as a confidence band — not a clinically validated or diagnostic IQ score.

Is the test really free?

Yes. You can take the full test for free. Creating a free account lets you save your results and unlock your complete domain-by-domain breakdown.

How long does it take?

About 7 minutes. It is made of seven games — one per cognitive domain — and each takes roughly a minute.

What does it measure?

Seven domains of cognition: memory, attention, processing speed, logic, spatial reasoning, language and flexibility. Each is scored 0–100 against typical performance, then averaged into your MindBoost Index.

Will brain training raise my IQ?

We don't claim that. Research shows brain games reliably improve the specific skills you practise, with no proven transfer to general IQ. MindBoost measures and guides your cognition — it does not promise to increase your IQ.

Is my data private?

If you take the test without an account, your results stay on your device. They are only saved to MindBoost when you choose to create a free account.
